Returns
We are happy to accept returns of any unused and unopened products provided they are in their original condition. As our products are food-based and ingestible we cannot accept the return of any opened products.  Please send an email along with your purchase confirmation/receipt to hello@honourwellness.com.au within 14 days of purchasing your product. We will then give you instructions on how and where to send your return. Upon receiving and inspecting a return we will then notify you if your product has been approved and if we are able to issue a refund. If your product is received unused, unopened and in its original condition we will then notify you and process your refund to your original method of payment within a certain amount of business days. Shipping a return is at your own expense and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. If you do not notify us within 14 days of purchase we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of the product. 


Exchange
We do not offer exchanges due to a change of mind. However, we happily offer returns of any unused and unopened products provided they are in their original condition. Damaged/Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect to what you ordered please email us immediately with a photo of your damaged or incorrect item to hello@honourwellness.com.au so we can make this right and promptly get a replacement for you. Where your product is damaged or incorrect, we will be responsible for the shipping costs.
