A slightly sweet mix of apple and beetroot with a subtle chai-like flavour due to the herbs. I avoided adding any flavourings and ensured the ingredients are 100% whole foods. This includes no “natural flavours” which shockingly aren’t natural at all. Both natural and artificial flavours are made in a lab, the difference being artificial flavours are made from non-food sources while natural flavours start from natural food sources. One single natural flavour once brought into a lab can contain anywhere from 50-100 synthetics, additives and preservatives added without having to disclose any of these on the label!

Many health professionals highly recommend taking both ashwagandha and holy basil while breastfeeding and throughout the postpartum period for their remarkable uplifting benefits and healing properties. However, I advise you to discuss any concerns or further questions on this topic with your healthcare practitioner.
Some mothers give Revitalise to their children in a half dose, however we advise speaking to your health care practitioner before doing so as some ingredients in the blend aren't recommended for children under the age of 15 years.
